FOUNDER
PhilBIG was founded by Arch. Ian Fulgar, a Filipino architect, design strategist, and venture-oriented industry builder with a strong interest in the intersection of architecture, real estate, technology, and business development. His work has grown beyond conventional design practice into a broader mission of creating platforms, ideas, and connections that can help move the industry forward.
As an architect in the Philippines, Ian Fulgar is known for combining design thinking with commercial insight. He has worked on a diverse range of projects and collaborations involving hotels and resorts, mixed use developments, residential communities, commercial properties, and large scale planning initiatives. With experience that spans design, master planning, feasibility thinking, and strategic project positioning, he has built a reputation for seeing architecture as both a creative discipline and a catalyst for value creation. Through PhilBIG, he brings together his passion for the built environment, industry collaboration, and forward looking innovation to help shape stronger conversations and new opportunities for the Philippine building sector.
